Personal and Private
The WhiteBlaze Client Pages are personal, private galleries featuring the proofs from your portrait session or wedding day. To protect the privacy of our clients, we will send you an email containing a link to your Personal Client Page and a confidential password as soon as your proofs are ready to view. You can share your Personal Client Page with as many or as few people as you like. It's your page, and it's a complimentary service that we provide to all of our clients.

Personal Service
Your Client Page doesn't replace our personal service. When your proofs are ready to review, we will schedule an appointment to review your proofs at our studio. Your Personal Client Page will remain online for at least 3 months. If you ever need to review your images after that, we will be happy to re-publish your page to let you access the page again.

Ordering Made Simple

With most portrait and wedding packages, you will receive prints or albums. Your Client Page makes it easy to view your photographs and make your selections in the privacy of your home without feeling rushed. Your family and friends can view your Client Page to place their own orders, as well. All orders will be reviewed by a real person, and confirmed by phone to insure that your order is correct before we send your photographs to the print lab.  If you prefer, you can place your order in person or over the phone as well.

1.  Why do you ask for my email?
The system we use to provide proofs requires each customer to identify themselves to insure that the orders are processed correctly.  The email address that you provide will never be sold or distributed in any way.
2.  Why do I need a password to view my photos?
To insure our client's privacy for private events and portrait sessions, we provide our customers with a password that is required to view their gallery.  If you are viewing photos that were taken at a public event, no password is required.  If you need a password, please contact us so that we can provide with one.
3.  Is my order safe?
Absolutely.  Our system does not ask you to transmit your confidential billing information over the internet.  In fact, after you place an order online, you will be contacted by WhiteBlaze by phone to arrange for delivery and payment.  Most customers choose to pay by Credit Card over the phone, but you may also choose to pay by cash or check in person.
